THIS HERE NOW (loadstone VZW, enterprise no. BE 0652.848.305) runs the newsletter, analytics and advertising on the artist’s behalf as a processor.

Meta Pixel — joint controllers. Our pages use the Meta Pixel. For the collection and transmission of your data to Meta, Red Beats VZW, loadstone VZW and Meta are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR (Case C-40/17, Fashion ID). In essence: we obtain your consent and inform you via this policy; Meta processes the data afterwards under its own terms and the Meta Controller Addendum. Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Those transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). Withdrawing marketing consent is as easy as clicking unsubscribe in any email or changing your cookie choices via “Cookie settings”.

Our pages are not directed at children under 13 (the age of digital consent in Belgium), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
